I aim to bridge the gap between knowing and doing – catering to unique circumstances – whether it be weight management, sports performance, or special dietary condition.

I came to Maxine for a nutrition plan in the three months leading up to my first 50-mile trail ultra. I've always been a distance runner, but I'd never paid close attention to nutrition. Fitness assessment 

60 minutes

  • Evaluation of your cardiovascular fitness and musculoskeletal fitness

  • Assessment of your current level of balance, strength, and flexibility

  • Calculation of body composition (fat, muscle, bone)

  • Measurement of blood pressure and resting heart rate

  • BMI and waist girth/circumference

Personal training

30-90 minutes

Virtual and in-person sessions available in Montreal. 

  • Each session is built around your goals the 4 pillars of fitness; cardio, strength, balance and flexibility

  • One on one training to ensure exercises are done correctly and efficiently 

  • Special focus on injury recovery, weight-loss and sport specific training

  • 60 minute virtual consultation to review your health and medical history, discuss your current health concerns, and set your goals. Diet, lifestyle, signs and symptoms will be assessed

  • 7-21 day meal plan including easy recipes and simple shopping list

  • Weekly check in by phone and summary email
