How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

I meet you where you're at in your health journey. It's easy to get caught up in what everyone else is doing but its important to focus on yourself and where you're at today and where you want to be tomorrow. My style of coaching is very hands on with lots of explanation as to why we are doing what we are doing. My goal is to keep you motivated while educating you on proper form so that when I'm not around you hear me in your head giving you cues.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

My top 3 pieces of equipment would be 
-TRX, 
-Resistant bands with handles,
-One heavy kettle bell.
With these you will never feel like you're missing anything!

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Yes, you have the choice between 30-60 day plans OR go for the wellness bundle which combines fitness and nutrition for 90 days.
